Dial 9‑1‑1 for police, fire, or medical emergencies when immediate action is required: someone’s health, safety or property is in jeopardy, or a crime is in progress.
Weigel Property Management has a 24/7 on-call manager available to respond to emergency situations which can include plumbing leaks, breaches in security, elevators not functioning, garage doors not operating etc.
To reach the on-call manager, simply call the usual Weigel Property Management business phone number at 519-893-4411 and follow the instructions for an emergency call.
The on-call duties rotate; therefore, it is important to follow the instructions and NOT simply dial your Property/Condominium Manager directly as they may not be on-call and may not be available to respond to your emergency. Texts and e-mails will not trigger an emergency response from the on-call manager. To ensure that you receive the after-hours emergency service you require, please call the main business number.
