Michelle Weigel is the Owner and President of Weigel Property Management. She was born and raised in Waterloo Region and is currently raising her own family in these same roots. Her parentage is a direct line of accomplished engineers that surrounded her in a world of innovative and future development while maintaining stable management requirements for the innovations.

Michelle is a veteran condominium manager who has been occupied in the condominium and rental management field since 1993. She is a graduate of Brock University, holding a Bachelors’ degree in Business, Economics and Accounting. She holds a General License with the CMRAO and has been accredited with a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) license through ACMO. Michelle is actively involved with the promotion and education of new condominium managers and board of director members through her volunteer position as a member of the CCI-GRC Education Committee.

Michelle thrives on working in this modern world while maintaining traditional family values in this root community she calls her home.

Weigel Property Management (WPM) is an experienced Property Management firm located in the Waterloo Region which specializes in Condominiums. WPM has been serving the Waterloo and Wellington Regions for nearly Fifty years, getting its start administering newly constructed condos built by S P Weigel Construction in the 1970s. In 1993, Michelle Weigel purchased WPM and further incorporated the company in 2000. She has been running the company as its owner and president ever since, along with a dedicated team of highly experienced property managers, administrative, and accounting staff.
